ZACH ROCHA - Executive Director

Zach Rocha has been the executive director and co-founder of Sidekick Sports Academy since its inception in 2012 as Sidekick Soccer Academy. He has helped develop Sidekick into a leader in the sports industry and a reputable, professional organization centered in Massachusetts.

Zach has overseen tremendous growth within the company, helping to expand Sidekick Soccer Academy into Sidekick Sports Academy in 2016. Sidekick has an impressive social media and digital presence, which Zach has continuously strengthened so that interactive learning is more easily accessible. Sidekick has positively affected more than 50 communities - both domestic and abroad - and Sidekick has directly worked with tens of thousands of players and coaches in its short history.

VAHSAUN GIVANS - Director of Recreation

Vahsaun Givans brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Sidekick. He is a person who thrives in teaching children how to enjoy sports.

Vahsaun leads the on-field services and public relations side of Sidekick's many recreation programs and provides unparalleled skills in early childhood education development.

In addition to Sidekick, Vahsaun is a coordinator with the Boston Public Schools. He has previously been the Athletic Director for Boys & Girls Club of Boston. He has also worked as a City Year AmeriCorps Member in Boston, and a Assistant Youth Impact Program Director in Alexandria, Virginia.

Vahsaun is professionally accredited in all the sports that Sidekick teaches. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Colby-Sawyer College, as well as earning professional certificates from Boston University and Tufts University.

CLAUDE PRITCHARD - Director of Basketball Operations

Claude Pritchard is a fixture in Boston's basketball community. Immensely talented as a player, Claude has developed and trained NBA, college and high school players. He has dedicated his life to helping children develop life skills through basketball.

Claude leads the on-court services and public relations side of Sidekick's basketball programs. He made an immediate cultural impact, having Hall of Famer Nate "Tiny" Archibald attend Sidekick's popular "Dribble Pass Shoot" clinics in Arlington, Massachusetts.

In addition to Sidekick, Claude is a Director of Basketball Operations with the 3Point Foundation, Executive Director of Sports Operations for EDU US CN, Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Roxbury Community College, and Event Supervisor at the Reggie Lewis Athletic Center.
