
ZACH ROCHA
Zach Rocha has been the executive director and co-founder of Sidekick Sports Academy since its inception in 2012 as Sidekick Soccer Academy. He has helped develop Sidekick into a leader in the sports industry and a reputable, professional organization centered in Massachusetts.
Zach has overseen tremendous growth within the company, helping to expand Sidekick Soccer Academy into Sidekick Sports Academy in 2016. Sidekick has an impressive social media and digital presence, which Zach has continuously strengthened so that interactive learning is more easily accessible. Sidekick has positively affected more than 50 communities - both domestic and abroad - and Sidekick has directly worked with tens of thousands of players and coaches in its short history.

WILL CHAN
Will Chan has been the referee director, as well as a staff coach with Sidekick Sports Academy since 2016. He has helped cultivate a professional culture that has ensured fair play and fun.
Will is an incredible leader, who guides the Northeast Futsal Association as its Vice President. He assigns games and matches in multiple sports and is regarded as both a top-level referee and referee assignor. He is also a Physical Education Teacher in the Acton Boxborough Regional School District. He earned Master's Degrees in Elementary and Middle School Administration, and Health Teacher Education, from Cambridge College.

JAMES DAVID
James David has been the camp director, as well as a staff coach with Sidekick Sports Academy since 2021. He has a passion for helping children develop skills as people and athletes.
James is a wonderful teacher, who guides the Brandeis Football Club (Men & Women), as well as Wolves Futsal Club as Head Coach. He has coached multiple sports at multiple levels but his main focus is on pre-adolescents participating in soccer. James earned his B.A. in Political Science (Philosophy) from Fitchburg State University, where he also played soccer and later was an assistant coach with the Women's team.

CASSANDRA FROIO
Cassandra Froio is an impressive manager of sports programs and brings a passion for helping others to the Sidekick program.
She has several years of experience working administratively with Marathon Sports. She has also coached athletes of all ages and skill levels in baseball (Woburn) and track and field (Lowell, Malden, Tewksbury). Furthermore, Froio has been both a camp director and race director. She also volunteers at the Boston Marathon annually. Froio has earned the USA Track & Field Level I Coaching Certification, as well as the Grassroots Coaching License from US Soccer.
She graduated from Regis College with a B.A. in Sport Management (Athletic Coaching). As a post-graduate, she has discovered a passion for ice hockey and is an ambassador for Women's Hockey Life.
